Tanya Farmer
School Wellness Project
Tanya comes to Little Flower Yoga after teaching yoga, meditation and mindfulness in
NYC public schools for 10 years. She brings kindness and optimism into everything
she does. Tanya was drawn to yoga as a way to access inner peace. She has a deep
belief in the possibility of human transformation through awareness practices and
strives to create safe, joyful and inclusive spaces. Her goal is to inspire and support her students of all ages so that they can bring the clarity, calm and confidence from their practice off of their yoga mats and into their communities. She is a proud plant mom living in Brooklyn, New York.
