Gymnastic Coach and Yoga Instructor
With over 30 years of experience as a dedicated gymnastics instructor, Najah Abbara Makhlouf has been inspiring and coaching students of all ages, from young children to teenagers, to embrace physical fitness and discipline through gymnastics. A lifelong advocate for movement and wellness, Najah’s journey took a transformative turn during the pandemic, when she discovered the healing and grounding power of yoga.
After relocating to New York, she began taking yoga classes to find strength and balance during challenging times. This newfound passion ignited her desire to deepen her practice and share it with others. Najah has since embarked on a journey of continuous learning, earning certifications such as the Flower Yoga Class Certificate, and she is committed to blending her extensive experience in gymnastics with the mindfulness and restorative benefits of yoga.
Najah now focuses on teaching yoga to students of all levels, aiming to cultivate both physical strength and mental well-being. Her classes are designed to empower individuals, helping them discover their potential while achieving harmony between body and mind.
