Kerri Shultz, MS. Ed, RYT 200 and a Certified Ayurveda Instructor. Kerri has over 15 years experience working with children of all ages and developments. As a mother herself of 3 young children, she is aware of the challenges and struggles children face today in their academic, social, and home life.
Kerri originally began her journey into yoga and mindfulness for her own family and personal well being. During her journey she discovered that this was something she wanted to share with others. As an educator for most of her career, Kerri is excited to share the teachings she has learned that have helped her and her family tremendously. She believes that all children and families should be exposed to yoga and mindfulness and the tools they provide so, we can all grow together as one to feel confident, safe, and secure throughout all aspects of our lives.
Kerri, is very excited and grateful that Little Flower Yoga is now bringing their School Yoga Project to Staten Island, her home of 30+ years. It will be the first of its kind to reach Staten Island and she is honored to be a part of it.
