“Instructions for living a life. Pay attention. Be astonished. Tell about it.”

– Mary Oliver

Marissa Munn (M.S.Ed., RYT) is a warm, friendly and highly trained meditation and yoga teacher, working with youth and adults. She began her journey in yoga and breath work over 15 years ago as a way to reduce anxiety and unlock the body‘s natural healing potential. Since then she has been transformed and inspired to share what she has learned to support the lives of those around her. She has completed over 400 hours of meditation and yoga teacher training for youth and adults with The Nalanda Institute for Contemplative Science, The Interdependence Project, Little Flower Yoga, and Bend + Bloom Yoga. Blending the wisdom of eastern traditions with modern science and the complexities of living in today’s world, Marissa currently teaches meditation, yoga and other self-care practices throughout the NYC-area to children and adults of all ages. With over 20 years of experience in youth development and a graduate degree in education, she leads with compassion and hopes to inspire others to explore their inner world and ultimately live with more clarity, ease and love.
