School Yoga Project Teacher
Erin lives in Westchester with her husband and 2 boys. Erin developed a love for yoga as she began rehabbing from knee surgery. The great thing about yoga is that there are very few limitations to start. Little by little she began to deepen her practice. She began to notice all of the other benefits that yoga has to offer. Not only strength and flexibility, but a sense of calmness and being present on the mat. Erin received her 200 hour-RYT from Kaia Yoga and Wellness Center in Westport, Ct. She is currently enrolled in the 300-hour program there as well. As a former elementary school teacher, she could not teach yoga without including the kids, her real passion. She completed her Little Flower Yoga teacher training and is a certified kids yoga teacher, RCYT. She creates a space for joyful exploration of yoga and mindfulness. Whether it’s in her Vinyasa flow classes or yoga and mindfulness for children, Erin’s kindness and compassion is felt by all of her students big or small.
