NAVIGATING YOUR CHILD’S EXPERIENCE OF THE PANDEMIC: SUPPORT FOR PARENTS

School closures, stressed parents, new ways of learning—our children are having a unique experience during this challenging time in our world. Join Little Flower Yoga founder and mom of two Jennifer Cohen Harper for a conversation that will help you better understand how your child’s brain, nervous system, and body may be reacting right now.
With so many (great) resources coming at us from our schools and other sources, it’s important to remember to focus on the individual needs of your child. Jenn will help you figure out what those are and how you can create a sense of emotional safety for them.
Our kids will remember this time not only in their minds but also in their bodies. We can use it to create stronger connections and build their resilience if we can focus on what they need most right now.
There will be ample time for Q&A during this interactive webinar, and registered participants can submit questions in advance. Jenn is committed to responding to all questions; if any submitted questions can’t be answered live, she will address them in a separate video post-webinar.
