Live Info Session: School Wellness Program
The School Wellness Program is a comprehensive online course + resource center to build in-house culture and capacity, using the tools of mindfulness and yoga. Programming is available for individuals, small groups, schools and districts. Choose from elementary, middle and high school tracks.
Today’s students face tremendous pressure in a world that is overwhelming, unpredictable, and filled with unprecedented challenges. Teachers and staff, who are also experiencing stress and in some cases significant trauma, will need practical ways to support students’ social-emotional needs and their own well-being. If you’re interested in learning 35+ mindfulness, movement, and breath-based tools that can help develop the inner resilience needed to navigate physical, mental, and emotional stress, and overcome barriers to learning, join us for this informational webinar on our School Wellness Program.
Mayuri Gonzalez, Director of The School Yoga Project, will lead you through a tour of the content, discuss who this program is for, and answer all of your questions.
If you can’t join live, please register and we’ll send you a recording of the session.
*Note: Live webinar time zone: Eastern Standard Time/New York
