Little Flower Yoga Community Retreat
Join Little Flower Yoga in-person this July for a 3 day teacher community retreat.
July 29 – July 31, 2022. (Registration will be opening soon)
Connect with the LFY leadership team and your fellow teachers for a weekend dedicated to you, and your personal and professional growth.
The focus of the weekend will be on practicing together, renewing our energy and inspiration, and supporting you in navigating any challenges you may be facing in your teaching.
You’ll have a chance to practice, teach, and build confidence while being supported in a safe and caring environment. Community discussion groups will give you an opportunity to listen in and learn from others as they share their experiences and offer ways to integrate best practices for teaching mindfulness and yoga to children and teens. You’ll in turn have a chance to offer feedback and support to others.
You’ll leave the weekend with:
- Insight on how to deepen your own personal practice.
- A sense of community after spending time with new friends who share a passion for helping kids thrive.
- Ideas on how to address any teaching challenges you may be having.
- Feedback on your teaching and ideas for growth.
- Inspiration and motivation to keep supporting your community
This retreat is open to anyone who has taken LFY teacher training in the past (at any location or online) or is taking it here at Omega this summer. Workshop is eligible for 10 CE hours from Yoga Alliance.
