Meet Your Trainer:
Tricia Stevens

Tricia began studying yoga and mindfulness in the early 90’s and found it immediately supportive. She immediately recognized that all ages and populations could benefit from the practice.
So with a child psychology background, a playful spirt and love for working with children and adolescents she dove into a number of trainings and certifications. She later combined her passion for athletics and wellness, the outdoors, and the mountains (primarily snowboarding) and now she loves merging all of these into a fun, creative, and supportive offering. Tricia has taught yoga and mindfulness and mental strengthening in a variety of settings such as schools, child-care centers, and athletic programs.
Her goal and passion is to share and show young folks and their caretakers that they can thrive, have the power to work with their body and their minds, and they can deepen and enhance their inner-strengths allowing for a lifestyle filled with more connection and joy.
